Safelite was very prompt in their servicing my front windshield. The technician was very courteous. And got straight to work. He had completed a job before I even knew it. I received great service from Safelite today. I definitely would recommend Safelite to anyone who is looking for an automobile glass repair or replacement. Kudos too Safelite 😊

Ricky was here when he said he would be. He is friendly n even discussed the condition of things before he put the new one in. I told him as long as it doesn't leak I'm good with whatever he decides cuz he knows what he's doing. I don't even think it took the whole 2 hours. I'm very happy with the results and I would highly recommend Safelite AutoGlass and Ricky to replace your windshield. Now to take care of this ticket in Taylor County that I got for the old windshield. Update... It's now Aug 10, 2026 n I've had NO LEAKS from the windshield. GET UR WINDSHIELD REPLACED BY SAFELITE AUTOGLASS!!!

Had an old chevy pickup with a leaking windshield. I needed the full replacement with gaskets. Best price I could find by quite a bit was Safelite. I scheduled the appointment for an 8am-1pm window two days out. No problems. They came to my workplace and did the job. Actually got started a little early. Communication was excellent, easy process all the way through. My technician, Diante, was the absolute best. Friendly, thorough, and knows his stuff. If I was to start up a glass repair business, he'd be the first guy I go after to come work with me. Just an excellent experience overall. The glass is high quality, the inner and outer gaskets look great, and the placement of the rear-view mirror is perfect.

I had a windshield replacement done by Safelite and unfortunately experienced damage to my vehicle along the roofline near the windshield immediately after the service. When I reported it, Safelite claimed the damage was pre-existing and provided several photos as “proof.” However, none of the images clearly show the damaged area prior to the work. The only close-up image shows minor marks and does not match the actual gouge with exposed metal that is now present. The damage is located directly in the work area and appears consistent with tool contact during installation. Despite multiple follow-ups, Macon Safelite denied responsibility without providing clear, time-stamped documentation and eventually stopped responding. I have now had to escalate the matter through a credit card dispute and other channels. I would strongly recommend that anyone using this service carefully inspect their vehicle and request clear before-and-after documentation before leaving.

Technicians Matt and Brad at Safelite are incredible. They introduced themselves, shook hands, and treated me like an old friend even though I've never been to this Safelite location. The whole waiting room wall is glass so they can show you what's happening. You'll never see that at a car dealer. Matt saw my veterans tag and thanked me for my service. Their attitude was highly professional. They did great work too, no troubles at all with anything. Everything worked as good or better than if I had taken my car to the dealer. They were efficient and fast. I highly recommend them.
